How long does it take for items to be despatched?

What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact us within:14 days of delivery (see exclusions)
Post items back to us within:30 days of delivery (buyers responsible for return postage costs)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Is Jesmonite food safe?
Jesmonite has not been tested for use as food safe material. So we don't recommend it to be use for this purpose. If you do want to use it as a display anyway (ie. fruit bowl), you could polish it with a food safe wax but in no instance you should serve food in it.
